FT - Therapist Position Open

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

• Complete administrative paperwork within 24 hours of meeting with the client
• Complete quarterly assessments

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or other mental health fields
• Prior clinical experience, preferably trauma-informed
• Current with all State of Michigan licensing requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
TF-CBT, DBT, EMDR, or Brainspotting trained

Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid or In-Person

Salary: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

We are looking to hire a Full-time Mental Health Therapist. This position requires a minimum of 32 hours per week up to 40 hours per week. M-F schedule with four evenings (required), Saturdays are optional.
The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to their preferred population as we service children, adolescents, and adults who are seeking mental health and substance abuse services. The Therapist will establish a
positive rapport with their client, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders in adults, children, families, and couples.
• Work with children, adolescents, or adults to address psychological and emotional challenges
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Work with Clinical Director, CEO and other therapists on staff to coordinate services
• Refer clients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary
• Conduct ongoing assessment of clients' progress in EHR system
• Ensure quality services are provided
• Participate in monthly clinical meetings
• Provide evidence-based and culturally competent care
