Reem K. Hassan, LLMSW


Reem received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from University of Michigan-Dearborn and her Master of Social Work degree from Wayne State University. She has a deep passion for helping individuals achieve mental and emotional well-being. She has dedicated her life to serving those in need; she provides empathetic and evidence-based therapy to support clients on their journey to self-discovery and healing. She is fluent in both Arabic and English and enjoys creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and challenges, which helps to foster growth, resilience and healing in her clientele. Reem specializes in working with children, pre-teens, teenagers, women, and new mothers. Reem provides the following services: Telehealth and individual therapy. She also facilitates a Teen, Neurodivergent and Postpartum Support groups.

She prefers to work with the following populations:
Children ages 8-16
Young women 17-24
Adult women 25-40
Postpartum population
Neurodivergent population

Aetna Commercial/Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Complete, Cash Pay, Health Alliance Plan (HAP) Commercial/Medicaid, Love Foundation Vouchers, McLaren Commercial/Medicaid, Meridian Medicaid, Molina Medicaid, Open Path, and Priority Health Commercial/Medicaid. She is out of network with Physicians Health Plan.
