Cakhilah Durden, LLMSW

Cakhilah received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Michigan and her Master in Social Work from Wayne State University. She has over 6 years’ experience serving at-risk populations from youth in foster care, juvenile detention centers and other areas of child welfare. Cakhilah has experience working with those with mild to moderate cognitive impairments, complex trauma histories, symptoms of depression, suicidality, ADHD, impulse control, mood disorders, stress management, anxiety, life stressors and relationship challenges. Cakhilah provides the following services: Telehealth, individual, couples and family sessions.

Aetna Commercial/Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Complete, Cash Pay, Health Alliance Plan (HAP) Commercial/Medicaid, Love Foundation Vouchers, McLaren Commercial/Medicaid, Meridian Medicaid, Molina Medicaid, Open Path, and Priority Health Commercial/Medicaid. She is out of network with Physicians Health Plan.
